Liechtenstein | 1,600 kilograms of dry ice from ASCO were used to renovate a venerable train station building in Schaan. The project used the ASCOJET 1708 Combi Blaster dry ice blasting machine, in which dry ice can be supplemented with an abrasive blast medium such as sand. The combined effect of gentle cleaning with dry ice pellets and additional abrasion helped remove an old layer of limescale from the historic landmark without damaging the underlying structure.
